And I agree with you! This is not a list of things I *have* to do. It's a list of things I *could* do, that I try to do when I feel like I need them. Activities that give me joy, allow me to rest, add positive things to my life. But they're not obligations. 😊
For me, self care is not having a list of 22 things I have to do. 😆
