✨31 Small Joys For December ✨
Simple, everyday things you can enjoy this month, to make the most of December’s magic.
Hello, lovely! I’m Nospheratt and this is Joy Every Week - a weekly quest to find joy in everyday things. Enjoy! :)
Here we are.
December, the last month of the year.
I’ve been expecting you.
You are one of my favorite months of the year. I love the lights, the crisp cold, the warm beverages and comforting food.
I love your gatherings, and the smiling people; the extra hugs and hopeful toasts you conjure.
I love that you are a bridge, a door, a portal.
You call for stopping for a moment and taking stock, looking back — with kind eyes, if at all possible. You allow for closure, for letting go, for saying goodbye to what doesn’t make sense anymore.
And you are a portal into the new year. You open space for stepping forward, you tell me to reach for what is to be. You bring with you the sheer sparkle of possibility, the time to dream and wish and believe. Permission to imagine new versions of my world and myself.
There’s nothing quite like you, December. ✨
Hello, lovely! :)
Last week I shared my small gift for you: a mini, cozy, seasonal joy planner — to help you find all the joys of December. To help you plan for it; to think in advance about what you want to enjoy, what’s important to you, and set aside time and energy for it. ☺️
Get it here (it’s free!):

Ideas & inspiration to find your joy.
1 - Create Your Own Calendar of Joy
Get inspired with my ideas, and list your own favorite joy-making stuff.
Add all of them to your Cozy Joy Planner, or write them on post-its
Create your very own, personalized December Joy Calendar! 😄
2 - Let’s Gather, Journal & Make Space For Joy
I will be hosting an open chat this week (my first ever, so I’m a tiny bit anxious. But it will be fun! Right? 😅) so we can work on it together, share our joys and inspiration.
All day long, there will be prompts, sprints and check-ins, to get you inspired, talk about your progress and make space for your joy. 💚
I’ll open this Tuesday, December 03 and I’ll be delighted if you join me! I’ll send an invitation as soon as the chat is open. Will you come, have some tea, keep me company and have fun? 🙂
