Thank you for all your openness in sharing your own process, Nospheratt!! 💛🤗
Did you have your slow day of gentleness? If so, how was it? And if not, also, how did that make you feel?
Some honesty from me now: I didn't do it in the end. 🤭 I planned it, something came up, I fully let it derail my plans, and in this moment, I have not yet…

Some honesty from me now: I didn't do it in the end. 🤭 I planned it, something came up, I fully let it derail my plans, and in this moment, I have not yet scheduled another one. 👀 It's hard, Nospheratt, it's hard. 😰
I did have a really good day that day, because I still sprinkled some activities on top of it that I knew would help me grow my self-love and self-trust.
So I'm still feeling pretty good, but also a bit embarrassed that the day still hasn't happened yet. 😬
I did not! 😅 Not yet. Like you said, this is haaaaaaaaaaaaaaard and we already deserve a million sparkle points ✨✨✨✨ for trying! And not giving up 😊
I'm glad you had a really good day despite being derailed. And it's about that in the end, isn't it? Doing things that feel joyful and restorative. 💛
Please let go of the embarrassment, if you can. This is not meant to generate pressure (we have enough of that as it, don't we) but to inspire us, to be a guiding star that shows the way. To help us find ways to add joys to the everyday, and that's exactly what you did, by sprinkling your activities when you couldn't take the whole day. That is perfect as far as I'm concerned 💚
And I want to let you know that I have dedicated the latest Quest for Joy to you - thanks for reminding in your first comment that difficult emotions are also part of finding joy and making space for ourselves.
Love the sparkle points!! 💖 And you're totally right! Letting go of the embarrassment now. 💃🏻
Definitely, that's what it's about! I actually went to a community center that day to see if I could start volunteering there. I'm really longing for human interaction, so taking this step was absolutely joyful and restorative. 🤗
Your newest post is really beautiful. It touched me deeply that you dedicated it to me. Your warmth shines through the sentences - it's like one big hug. 💛💛
