🌿 Hello, lovely! I’m Nospheratt and this is Joy Every Week - a weekly quest to find joy in everyday things. You’re receiving this either because you subscribed or someone forwarded it to you. Enjoy! :) 🌿
This week was, let’s say, bananas.
I am exhausted — my trip to Munich was amazing but I’m still recovering of all the fun. 😂 And things are not getting better in the world, I know. Do I ever.
So let’s focus on the things that are working right now. Things you do that nourish your soul, fill you creative well, give you energy and hope; or help you get through the worst moments.
🌿 If this is your first time hearing about this “Journal for Joy” thing, read this: 🌿 Easy, Joyful Journaling for Busy People 🌿
🌳 This Week’s Theme - Things That Help
Ideas & inspiration to find your joy.
🌱 Prompts
What is helping you get through these hard times?
What are the things that give you hope?
What helps you to take care of yourself?
🌿 Ideas
Take photos (or print images) of the things that give you hope and stick them to your journal. Make a joyful HOPE spread.
Write a SOP manual - create some pages that will be your “Standard Operating Procedure” guide when you don’t remember what helps or how to take care of yourself
Draw a well and fill it with all the little things that restore and inspire you.

Thanks for these Nos, such lovely ideas. The notion of hope feels like a beacon at the moment, will be journaling on this over the weekend.
