I am exhausted โ my trip to Munich was amazing but Iโm still recovering of all the fun. ๐ And things are not getting better in the world, I know. Do I ever.
So letโs focus on the things that are working right now. Things you do that nourish your soul, fill you creative well, give you energy and hope; or help you get through the worst moments.

Take photos (or print images) of the things that give you hope and stick them to your journal. Make a joyful HOPE spread.
Write a SOP manual - create some pages that will be your โStandard Operating Procedureโ guide when you donโt remember what helps or how to take care of yourself
Draw a well and fill it with all the little things that restore and inspire you.
